Owner Operators/26Ft Box Trucks Loads!! (Busy Busy Busy)

We are A&R Xpress a unique trucking dispatching service for truckers. We are looking for owner operators with there own trucking authority to deliver loads OTR.

We are currently accepting the following equipment: 26" Box Trucks & 53" Dry Vans

All MC authority owner operators must have had your authority for 90 days, No carrier411's, NO high CSA scores and have had 1 DOT inspection.

If you qualify: Please respond to our indeed posting with your phone number and MC number for compliance approval before booking loads!!

We will check against the FMCSA Company Snapshot to confirm!

All carriers must also agree to the auto tracking with p44!

What we do as dispatchers:

Booking all your loads.

We take the shipper and broker calls.

WE USE SHIPPERS & BROKERS.

OTR loads available with competitive rates ( All weekly gross vary per carrier per week).

We handle all paperwork submitting and processing all paperwork.

We fill out carrier packets to start the onboarding process and requesting COI's from your insurance company on your behalf.

We factor all your loads with our partner Viva Capital Funding LLC. Get paid as soon as we turn in your paperwork. Usually about 10-15 minutes. MUST BE SET UP WITH FACTORING TO MOVE FORWARD. We book your loads, you pick it up and deliver it and get paid. We get paid when you do. No waiting next day or the end of the week.

If you have your own factoring company, that is fine, We as your dispatcher would need to be added to your client account so we can submit your paperwork. We will send a invoice to you after each load has been submitted.

We book loads and manage your trucking company for you. This makes it easier for drivers and carriers so your not spending time searching and booking loads. The freight comes to us with matched loads that we set up for your truck. With this platform you earn 20% more on every load we book for you on your behalf.

We take care of factoring all your loads so you can get paid within minutes of delivery of every load that we submit for you.

Our trucking dispatchers has over 5+ years of experience and we are dedicated to making sure you are given the best rate on every load. We take great pride in servicing our carriers and customers and making sure that shipments are being picked up and delivered safely and on time.

Dispatch Fee: 10% per load(without factoring & invoice sent once a week for all loads booked and delivered)

Dispatch Fee: 8% per load (with factoring invoice sent once a week for all loads booked and delivered).

Available Loads: In ALL 48 states, We send available loads STRAIGHT to your phone for you to say YES or NO too...We BID for the rate YOU WANT!!!

We have a simple set up. You send us your trucking documents, you fill out a company profile and dispatch agreement and we will get you set up and on your way!!!
