Our company is seeking a Lease ON Owner Operator to join our team. We are looking for an Owner-Operator with a minimum of one year of experience in the transportation industry. The right candidate will take pride in his/her vehicle, excellent service, and personal hygiene. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer excellent benefits. Must own sprinter van or cargo van under 250,000 miles vehicle (CDL NOT REQUIRED WITH THIS EQUIPMENT ONLY) under 3-4 years old or 26" Box Truck under 250,000 miles vehicle under 3-4 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Current offer 70%/30% deal with owner and driver
• ELD - $22.00/week
• Downtime Plan - $100.00/week
• Must be able to do the DRUG TEST/BACKGROUND CHECK
• Have at least six (1) year of commercial over the road driving experience within the last 36 months
• Has not received a DUI in the last four (4) years
• Nationwide Fuel Network (LOVE/PILOT, CH ROBINSON AND MORE)
• Be able to handle freight from local distribution to carrier.
• $1,000 referral bonus
• Maintenance Plan for vehicle- $.10/mile
• Responsible person
• No more than 3 moving violations whitn the last 3 years on MVR.
• Be able to be over the road for 4-6 weeks at a time.
• Be able to handle freight from shipper to local, regional, & national distribution.
• No more than 2 preventable DOT reportable accidents in the last 12 months and no more than 4 preventable DOT reportable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Be able to load and unload cargo on an as-needed basis.
• Lease Term - 24 Months
• Have a valid class-A CDL
• Be able to transport freight via ground.

Home time:
2 weeks OTR → 2-3 Days Home;
3 weeks OTR → 4-5 Days Home;
4 weeks OTR → 6-7 Days Home;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per week
