Front Desk colleagues are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for personal conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Responsible for checking guests in and out for their hotel reservation.
  • Responsible for the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. You will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.
  • Engaging with guests throughout the lobby level regarding their stay and providing assistance when needed.
  • Greeting guests upon their arrival and departure of the hotel.
  • Assist with information: directions, flight tracking, food and beverage recommendations, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with luggage assistance as needed/requested.
  • Ensure knowledge of the surrounding areas and able to guide guests should they need assistance with finding out of hotel activities/events.
  • Patrolling the building and ensuring all areas and doors are secured.
  • Providing detailed reports any incidents that occur.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service demeanor and management required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Overnight shift
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Able to push/pull/lift/carry moderate weight
