Innovative Roof Solutions. While we are still working with our existing clients and
expanding all aspects of our team, we are putting forward an aggressive hiring
campaign to build the perfect expansion crew for this exciting new opportunity.
We are looking for people with proven sales and leadership experience to help us
run and expand our team. Ideally these candidates are interested in
advancement within a company as we are looking to promote at least 1-2 Office
Managers within the next 1 to 3 months.
Supervisors should make an upwards of $150,000 -$300,000 a year or more.
The position will include not only sales but also overseeing a team of elite sales
personnel whose purpose is to generate as much business for our client as
possible. The product we are representing is a revolutionary patented product
that is changing the home improvement industry. The best part is that our
competition is about 5 years behind, meaning that there is little to no competition
in these markets for what we have to offer. Rather than focus on the traditional
“we’ll fix or replace your windows, siding, roof, etc.” our team is more geared
towards restoration and rejuvenation which saves the customer thousands of
dollars and prevents them from making premature house improvement decisions.
