Crowe is expanding and hiring in the Sacramento area. We are seeking a Government consultant with three to five years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting experience. The candidate will help clients tackle a wide variety of OCM issues to improve organizational effectiveness and performance through communication, leadership support, stakeholder engagement, team effectiveness, and training efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication to increase awareness and ownership.
  • Identify and promote leadership support
  • Mobilize commitment of stakeholders to implement a change initiative
  • Address the people issues that arise when an organization tries to make changes
  • Proactively identify and address resistance to change
  • Foster strong and healthy working relationships between project teams, the project sponsor, and stakeholders
  • Create a thoughtful training approach to provide opportunities for end users to gain knowledge and skills in order to succeed in the future state

Qualifications:

  • Consulting experience specifically with public sector clients in California
  • Ability to work independently and contribute as a member of the project team
  • Undergraduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience; or, graduate degree with 1 to 3 years of experience
  • A track record of successful OCM engagements
  • Experience providing facilitation services and training programs to large groups of stakeholders
  • Ability to work closely with project manager and other team members to drive project results
  • A track record of producing high-quality work products on-time and within budget
  • The applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to be flexible and to learn quickly about different client programs
  • Organizational Change Management experience
  • Solid project planning and management skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Organizational Change Management Professional Certification (Prosci, ACMP)
  • Master’s degree (preferably in Organizational Behavior/Development, Business, Information Technology, or Public Administration)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $79,200 to $118,800.
