Landmarc Environmental Systems--Operator
Our company offers a unique working environment that spec ializ es in a wide variety of projects ranging from drilling landfill gas extraction wells, installing new pipe systems to collect landfill gas , HDPE fusion , dropping and setting pneumatic pumps . Your role will be to s upport the project needs; such as digging trench , HDPE pipe fusion, dirt hauling , and overall site dress up.
Essen Tial Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist site supervisors with the materials and equipment needs and helping to collec t supplies for projects
• Travel for extended periods of time - 4 weeks on , l week off
• Work in ext reme (hot and cold) weather conditions safely in cluding on very odorous project sites
• Available to work overtime and weekends if necessary
• Living in hotels & traveling between states I 00% of the time
• Fuse HDPE pipe ranging from 2"-36"
• Perform system construction activities in a safe and proper manner
• Walk long distances, up and down steeply sloped landfil.ls and outdoor terrain
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a non-consistent basis
• Clean up work areas, clean and fuel vehicles and equipment as necessary
• Ability to do hea vy, manual work

Operator Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Work with ground personnel in the excavation and installation process of laying pipe on line and grade
• Ability to step out of equipment and assist with gro und work if ne ed be
• Operate Excavator , maintaining proper awru·eness of ones s u rrou ndin gs .
• Ensure a so und understanding of the issues involving ground disturbance
• Oil and Gas pipeline experience
• Cut grade with minimal time spent on excavating to ensw·e production is on schedule
• 5 + years' experience in operating excavator, dozer , and articulated dump truck
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
• Ensure trench is excavated to the proper depth / grade
• Landfill construction experience
• Conduct trench work , w hich meets 01 ISA requirements
• Ab i lity to grade on I : 1, 2: I, and 3: I slopes
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of t he Excavato r
• Conduct pre-operationa l checks on equipment , and clean , lubricat e and refi ll equipment as necessary
