Job Description

Must Haves

  • Strong written and verbal customer service skills
  • 1+ years of treasury experience (lockbox, ACH, wire, remote deposit)
  • Organization skills- this will be a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Financial or banking industry experience


Day to Day-

The Operations Support candidate will work to fulfill day to day operations in assisting clients with opening new accounts

  • Responds to all problem reports and monitors, evaluates, and reports all performance issues.
  • Understand and explain client documentation and follow up with clients as needed
  • Fulfill requests from clients on opening new accounts
  • Answer questions about different services
  • Participate in internal partner outreach
