Altitude Agri Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team located in Richland, Washington. This position will be responsible for assisting UAS pilots conducting drone services as well as ensuring safety regulations are up-to-date and assisting with chemical label applications. Starting wage DOE.

Required Skills / Competencies

• Must know about the scenarios that impact flying conditions, including weather conditions, ground hazards, and airborne hazards.

• Must be aware of the FAA’s Small Unmanned Aircraft (or Part 107) regulations regarding flights over people and other prohibited activities and support the PIC in flying within the bounds of what is legally permissible.

• Some familiarity with material handling in an agricultural setting.

• Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate skills in operational safety, material handling and time management.

• Ability to develop a working relationship with team members by exhibiting excellent communication and personal interaction skills with a diverse group of people.

• Must be capable of working in varying ergonomic and environmental conditions for extended periods of time. • Flexibility to work extended days at critical times of the season.

• A valid driver's license is required with a clean MVR.


Physical / Work Requirements

• Employees must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 50 pounds on some occasions, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks), and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

• Excellent eye and hand coordination.

• Work will be conducted outside (year-round) in various locations.

• Individual must wear personal protective equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, reflective vest, long pants, etc.

• Must have mechanical aptitude, experience with common hand tools. Drone repair knowledge a plus.

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and have a good MVR.


Travel Required

• Travel required away from home base throughout our customer' s service area, including occasional overnight stays.
