Job Description
  • Develop objectives, schedules, risk assessments and compliance through the validations and guidance across various Project Management initiatives
  • Provide direct support to the government Senior Project Lead for Staff Operations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks including calendar management, travel coordination, workspace management
  • Support distribution, assignment and tracking of telephones, computers, monitors, printers, and other office equipment and supplies
  • Utilize knowledge of the Combatant Command operational environment along with a strong familiarity with the Intelligence Community to execute goals and objectives of the government customer
  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Provide support to DoD or IC programs/projects or systems in development and or under test
  • Demonstrate full understanding of internal systems and architectures in support of the government customer
  • Experience in providing operations support for an executive office
  • Stay current on fundamental knowledge regarding new and emerging DoD software that can enhance awareness within the government operational work environment
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all assigned taskers and provide documented feedback on actions and activities to the government customer
Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred
  • Current US-issued clearance at level Top Secret or higher required
  • Experience:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the required task area
  • Security:
  • Must be a US citizen
