They are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, appearance, and customer satisfaction. As their company continues to grow, they are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate daily operations across a diverse range of services, including septic tank maintenance, grease trap cleaning, roll-off containers, and portable restrooms.
2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Lead, mentor, and supervise the operations team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, promptly addressing client concerns and issues.
5. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing to control costs and maintain inventory levels.
6. Monitor and manage operational budgets, implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing resource allocation.
7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management, portable restrooms, and other services offered.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the waste management and portable restroom industry or related fields.
2. Proven track record of managing and optimizing operational processes and procedures.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
5. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
6. Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and operational software systems.
8. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
