Boeing Commercial Airplane’s (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to join the Everett Delivery Center (EDC), Line Side Control Centers (LSCCC) team in Everett, WA.

As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication and/or manufacturing.
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
• 3+ years of experience using lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS).
• 3+ year of experience effectively communicating with employees, peers and senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 3+ years of experience in Flightline or Live Aircraft

Summary pay range: $117,800-$136,400
