We have been retained by a family-owned distributor in the Building Materials space to identify a Operations Manager for their Waycross, Georgia location.
The Operations Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee both the distribution and operations functions of the branch and ensure it is running efficiently and profitably. Selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse specialists and ensuring they are meeting targets and providing excellent client service. Additionally, this person will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, managing inventory levels, and monitoring financial performance.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with at least 3 years of experience in Warehousing/Distribution and a strong work history.
