Job Description

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Medical Equipment Manufacturing or alternative related field.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
  • Lead team in all aspects of Operations for the Contract Manufacturing side of the business
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business


Qualifications

  • Experience with MRP systems
  • Strong understanding of standardized electronic and mechanical processes
  • Experience with ISO 9001 & AS9100 is a plus
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies to optimize efficiency and throughput
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
  • Management of departmental budget experience
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
  • Education: Degree in related field/Master's preferred
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • 6+ years of experience in a Operations
  • Proven ability to meet training, safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives
  • Proficiency with Medical Device Regulations including ISO 13485, CE, MDR and FDA
  • 5+ years in Contract Manufacturing environment, preferred Medical Equipment or Pharmaceuticals
  • Experience with Silicone Moulding & Plastic Equipment wanted, but not essential
