Job Description

Responisibilities:

· Hands-On Greenhouse Operations: Oversee all aspects of greenhouse operations - shipping/receiving and inventory management - ensuring efficient and successful order processing.

· Lead Our Team: Manage a team of skilled greenhouse staff in their daily processes, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on fast-paced efficiency and providing customers with exceptional plants.


Requirements:

  • Lean Management training is a plus!
  • Experience managing Spanish speaking crews of 15+ people for 2+ years
  • Fully bilingual English and Spanish
