Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Nice Find Wholesale is a small family-operated business providing reliable, consistent, and quality inventory for other businesses. We were founded in 2020 and have been growing ever since. Located in North Aurora, IL

This position will directly report to the CEO and be responsible for the daily warehouse operations at Nice Find Wholesale. We are looking for a LEADER to step in and help us take the company to the next level.

Position Purpose:


-Manage a small team of warehouse associates.

-Be in charge of Shipping/Receiving 10-15 full truckload deliveries a week.

-Assist the sales team by processing, staging, and turning over inventory.

Compensation:


  • Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 annually (Based on experience)
  • Bonus and Raise opportunities every 6 months.

  • Health, and Dental Insurance after 90 probation period.


Responsibilities:

  • Design training programs for new hires and current staff
  • Open and close the warehouse daily.
  • Build and develop new metrics and KPIs to drive operational excellence while improving efficiency and scale
  • Manage the property’s operating expenses within budget.
  • Support the Sales Department
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Shipping & Receiving - process, package, and ship orders accurately
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-10 employees.
  • Set clear team goals and delegate tasks while hitting KPIs and upholding all preset procedures.
  • Work closely with the company leadership to build and improve operations

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory systems
  • Forklift Driver Certified
  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • 3+ Years of Operational Leadership Experience REQUIRED.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge of computers, scanners, and Microsoft Home Office

  • Health Insurance and Full Benefits Package after 90 Day probation period.
  • 45-hour work week, Monday-Friday with a half day on Saturdays.
