Job Summary

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day to day execution tasks for the Mighty Jaxx US Team. The role will manage all needs at the US (third party logistics) 3PL partner, including executing product transfers from factory, overseeing all shipments for B2B and B2C customers, daily reporting of expected revenue based on executed shipments and more. The Operations Executive will report directly to, and work closely with, the US Sales Director.

This will be a 100% work-from-home role to start, with potential for travel to visit the 3PL partner, as well as retailers that Mighty Jaxx works with.


Responsibilities

  • Order entry and admin work for B2B accounts
  • Work closely with Sales Director on forecasting and planning for the region
  • Management of day to day operations at US 3PL
  • Daily reporting of expected shipments and subsequent revenue
  • Help with B2C order issues / inquiries from end consumers
  • Negotiate and partner with freight companies for logistics
  • Oversee all B2B and B2C shipments for the region
  • Onboarding new mom and pop accounts (with support of Sales Director)
  • Direct incoming stock shipments (new products from factory and reorders from China and Singapore-based warehouses)
  • Execute quick and effective import of goods
  • Stock allocation based on account priority
  • Supervise compliance needs for key US retailers (labeling, Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) notifications, routing)


Requirements

  • Must be budget conscious
  • Apt attention to detail
  • Experience managing day to day operations for consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication to be used with internal and external reporting
  • Proficient with Excel and other Office and Google Suite products
  • Experience working and managing expectations with multiple departments within one company
  • Self motivated - the right candidate will be a self starter who can accurately identify and then take independent action on top priority tasks
