The role

At Huel, our Operations and Logistics teams play a crucial part in the success of our customers' experience and to help ensure we maintain this, we now have a new position available for an Operations Associate to join us in our office in Brooklyn, NYC🗽!

In this role, you will be ensuring all of our finished goods get from the manufacturers, to the DC's, to the customers. Day to day, you'll coordinate with internal stakeholders to make sure shipments and deliveries arrive on schedule 🚛 and ensure we deliver on our customer promise of 'never out of stock'.

You’ll get hands-on with excel as well as our ERP system (NetSuite) to ensure finished goods movements are tracked accurately, keeping our reporting top-notch and spotting any problems within supply🕵️!

What we're looking for in you

The role is best suited to someone who is a graduate/ someone with at least 1 years experience in supply chain or an operations role. Being up for learning and growing is super important in the Operations Associate position, and flexibility is key 🔑 as things can change quite quickly at Huel! You'll also be happy with some travel ✈️ as the role involves visiting our DC's across the country, as well as visiting our manufacturers! You will also be willing to work hard, muck in together and take ownership of projects as you get more settled in the role.
