Job Description
Red Coats, Inc., one of the largest cleaning companies, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in our Orlando office. We are looking for a very motivated admin to join our team!


E/O/E/M/F/V/D


This position will aid with payroll, billing, maintaining files, answering phones, providing a consistent presence in the office and will support the Regional Operations Managers and Branch Manager. Additionally, they will help with background checks, inventory, ordering uniforms and conducting other tasks as needed.


  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • 2+ years of Administrative work experience
  • Must be able to make timely decisions and adapt to change
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Good oral, written, reading, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and self-starter
