Job Description

Metro Global Ventures is a small investment firm. We invest in and help grow smaller businesses with solid fundamentals and strong management teams. We are looking for an engaged Operations Administrator to join our fun and talented team.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, multi-task, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed (ordering supplies, ordering food, packing and shipping gifts to clients on a weekly basis, etc.)
  • Event planning for external events
  • Coordinate travel & logistics for Conferences
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work onsite from our Bala Cynwyd office 4 times a week
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day as needed
  • Highly detail-oriented, driven, and focused mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
