- Partner interdepartmentally to address/resolve administrative and operational requests
- Reviewing timecards, expense forms, reimbursements, and tool assignments to provide to Operations leadership.
- Acquire knowledge of Absco service scopes to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are being adhered to on all projects. Address liabilities and responsibilities accordingly.
- Provide data entry support for all operations metrics, including collection, analysis, and distribution of reports to Operations leadership.
- Assist with management of permitting, documentation, time frames, project close out and be able to recognize changes in scopes of projects that require escalation to operations management
- Track service renewals, service and inspection tracking and scheduling, service reporting, and central station monitoring coordination for the service department.
- Communicate with customers through all phases of service or project implementation and ensure customer service commitments are met.
- Coordinate with operations management on equipment tracking and inventory management of supplies to ensure efficiency of process.
- Perform multifaceted general office support and organization
- Data analysis and abstract thinking skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Two or more years administration support experience
- Experience working in a warehouse office environment (preferred)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
