About The Role
As the Director of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for leading our company's operational excellence strategy and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
Responsibilities

• Identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence initiatives align with business goals.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive operational excellence strategy aligned with our company's objectives.
• Promoting Lean Six Sigma methodologies and driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Analyzing existing processes, systems, and procedures to identify optimization opportunities and streamline operations.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to operational excellence professionals, empowering them to achieve excellence.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in operational excellence and incorporating them into our operations.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives to executive leadership.
• Implementing change management strategies to drive successful adoption of process improvements.

Requirements

• Possess a strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools; certification (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.
• Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
• Exhibit strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize complex processes.
• Bring 7 years of experience in operational excellence, business process improvement, or related roles, with a track record of success.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrate proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligiblefora bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary rangeforthis role is estimated salary range is $116,250-$155,000
