Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:


Kegman Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Planner to join our team at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The Operational Planner will be part of a trusted team of highly experienced professionals who can quickly grasp issues and primary components to combine using an understanding of global multi-domain challenges to help provide clear information to a variety of customers. This job requires the Operational Planner to have a fully adjudicated (not interim) U.S. Government-issued security clearance at time of hire and, therefore, requires U.S. citizenship. This job has no remote work opportunities.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop, implement, and assess collection requirements and overall collection strategies synchronizing the prioritization of requirements.
  • Research and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) from internal and external customers.
  • Using knowledge of collection management processes, assist analysts and document lessons and process improvements.
  • Manage collection requirements vetting scheme and assist with originator requirement definition.
  • Serve as SME for collection management processes, provide and document alternative solutions to collection management problems.
  • Formalize and manage requirements submitted to collection requirements systems.
  • Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection requirements for customer programs.


EDUCATION:


High school diploma


REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Familiar with SIGINT collection management processes and strategies and other intelligence disciplines' collection management processes and strategies.
  • JWICS, and SIPRNet
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and or analysis.
  • Practical working knowledge of the following:
  • Windows apps (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet Explorer)
  • Fully adjudicated (not interim) US Government-issued security clearance
  • Knowledge of defense level intelligence operations: collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination.
  • Familiar with classification manuals/guidelines and information sanitization processes.
  • Experience using ISR tools and databases to perform all-source ISR exploitation, analysis, fusion, and reporting (BODHI, MIST, ChatSurfr, etc)

  • Capable of learning new systems and associated software application quickly for proficient execution of tasks
  • Be an effective communicator at multiple levels and able to speak effectively to groups of internal and/or external customers or employees
  • Able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications
  • Well-organized; capable of managing multiple projects with time-related constraints in a fast-paced environment


OTHER:


  • Due to security clearance requirement, applicant must be a US citizen.
  • Must pass an employment drug test.
