Online Payment Application Specialist

• Atlanta, GA 30324
• 9am to 5pm; in office 7am to 4pm
• Contract to possible hire Pay $20
• Hybrid setting with minimum 1 day a week could change to 2 days per week

Experience

• 2 year cash application , AR or AP experience
• Ability to communicate with team members and management
• Attention to detail
• Ability to gather information, assess the facts and then methodically decide the best course of action.
• Basic excel, Teams & Microsoft office
• Associates degree.
• Ability to quickly understand new information
• Research and resolve up to 200 unapplied payments daily with 99% accuracy to correct customer accounts using internal applications, the internet, and by reaching out to branch locations.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting(AP or AR)

• Resolve up to 100 rejects daily with at least 99% accuracy and resolve all rejects by month end within 60 days.
• Effectively research rejects using internal applications, the internet, and by reaching out to branch locations within 30 days.
• : Balance the unapplied payments in lockbox management back to the corresponding lockbox reject account within one week.
• Independently resolve complex reject scenarios with 100% accuracy within 90 days.
