Job Description
At O'Reilly Auto Parts, our Online Customer Service Specialists deliver exceptional service to customers using OReillyAuto.com. Providing a welcoming and engaging experience. As well, this team assists with the O'Rewards loyalty program.
Essential Job Functions
  • Assist online customers with order tracking, part lookup, website navigation, returns and exchanges, and damaged or missing packages.
  • Provide assistance with online account questions, including billing, shipping, and O'Rewards loyalty program.
  • Monitor online orders for fraud, and take appropriate action to mitigate loss.
  • Engage with our Online Customers through Live Chat and SMS, providing assistance with parts lookup, pricing and availability, order tracking, return and warranty assistance.
  • Receive and respond to any incoming customer calls, emails, or letters.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems desired.
  • Customer service call center experience desired.
  • Skilled with online applications such as social media platforms and various other applications.
  • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
