Reports to Banquet Captain & Banquet Managers/Director

Requirements:

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• You must quickly respond to all guest needs and request.
• Attention to detail
• Food Handling, RBS Training, & Tips Certifications.
• Ability to carry up to 30-50lbs
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Positive, upbeat personality works well on a team, desire to learn, and able to multi-task
• This position is on -call, Ability to have a flexible schedule is a must. Open availability Thursday-Sunday - High peek days
• You must engage with our guests by possessing knowledge and understanding of food and beverage menu items.
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• 1 year of Previous Banquet experience preferred
• Hours will vary Monday -Sunday, flexibility is required
• 2 years of Bartending experience
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions.
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
