Job Description

PROFILE

We are actively seeking a solutions-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team! You will be directly responsible for onboarding new Leap customers. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining a fast-paced culture and growth within an organization. Leap is a hyper-growth company that is leading the shift to digital operations within the home services industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute onboarding project plans with each new Leap customer
  • Conduct interactive, hands-on customer training
  • Follow project management best practices, including but not limited to time tracking, development and maintenance of project plans, and clear communication
  • Serve as the central tactical point of contact for customers onboarding experience
  • Identify and mitigate issues, concerns and project risks


KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • 1-2 years of experience using, supporting, or troubleshooting web-based applications
  • 1-2 years of software implementation experience
  • 1-2 years of experience serving in an external client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and iOS Products required; SalesForce.com and Basecamp experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-sensitive environment
  • Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
