PROFILE
We are actively seeking a solutions-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team! You will be directly responsible for onboarding new Leap customers. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining a fast-paced culture and growth within an organization. Leap is a hyper-growth company that is leading the shift to digital operations within the home services industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute onboarding project plans with each new Leap customer
- Conduct interactive, hands-on customer training
- Follow project management best practices, including but not limited to time tracking, development and maintenance of project plans, and clear communication
- Serve as the central tactical point of contact for customers onboarding experience
- Identify and mitigate issues, concerns and project risks
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- 1-2 years of experience using, supporting, or troubleshooting web-based applications
- 1-2 years of software implementation experience
- 1-2 years of experience serving in an external client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and iOS Products required; SalesForce.com and Basecamp experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-sensitive environment
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
