Who Were Looking For
Therabody is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to be our part-time Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will act as a gatekeeper for the office and be the first point of contact for visitors and candidates. You will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the Therabody office environment for both internal employees and outside visitors. You will be supporting a fast paced, diverse organization that is passionate about our work.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in any additional ad hoc projects
• Act as the first point of contact and greeter for all office guests and candidates, notifying internal employees of the guests arrival
• Responsible for keeping the office functional, kitchen stocked, and place tidy
• Schedule conference rooms and prepare internal meetings when necessary
• Work with building security to ensure all guests are cleared in the system for their scheduled meetings

The Right Person Would Have

• Able to work under minimal supervision
• On time, reliable and dependable
• Physical requirements may include walking/standing or lifting/moving objects
• 1+ years experience in a similar role
• Collaborative, positive, flexible and a team player
• Enthusiasm and attention to detail

The hourly range for this position is from $20 to $22
