Pay: Starts a $18/hr. - DOE

Schedule: Days – Monday through Friday – 6A to 3P

Location: Sagewood

Joining our Housekeeping team, your role is heavy customer service with our residents and provides administrative support to the Environmental Services team. With a smile, you will interact (phone/email/in-person) with residents, departments and EVS staff and help to coordinate the work assignments for housekeeping and laundry. In addition, you will walk and inspect work areas, housekeeping closets, etc. throughout our community.

Who you are:

  • Ideally – you have had previous office experience.
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills required – bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • High school/GED graduate.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to write business email correspondence.
  • Use your strong organizational skills to keep details and assignments in order.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Physical effort is minimal. Seventy-five percent (75%) of the workday is spent sitting, standing intermittently, and bending. Must be able to lift and carry up to thirty (30) pounds. Requires manual coordination to operate telephones, computers, and other business equipment. Requires continuous mental and visual attention to diversified operations. Must be able to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions. Strong oral and/or written communication skills with residents, coworkers, families, and the public. Compliance with LCE COVID-19 Vaccination Policy is required for this position for all LCS Community employees. Please refer to the policy for details. All LCS Community employees may access the Sagewood COVID-19 Vaccination Policy via their Human Resources representative.
