Office Coordinator For Our Ballard Clinic Jobs

Experience with customer relationship management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) is a plus

Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Prior experience in real estate sales or marketing

Knowledge of the North Texas housing market is a plus

Model/mentor recovery process and demonstrate coping skills.

Identify recovering persons’ abilities, strengths and assets and assist them to recognize and use them.

Have completed and passed a Peer Specialist certification program approved by the Department

Assist in the orientation process for persons who are new to receiving mental health and/or co-occurring disorders services.

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence and be trauma informed as relevant to the needs of individuals in recovery.

Assist individuals to identify their personal interests and goals.

Preferred: 1 year of administrative experience preferred

Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment and manage multiple tasks during designated work shifts.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

You already have relevant sales experience in consulting-intensive technical capital goods, ideally in the industrial OEM environment.

You have completed a technical degree, preferably with an additional business qualification.

You will strengthen our sales team to meet the growing demands of our customers and the expanding market.

You present our products to customers and at events and conduct price and contract negotiations.
