Office Coordinator – Radiology – Day shift

In this role, you will support our radiologists with credentialing, re-credentialing, and support throughout the year. The office coordinator confirms all inquiries in a timely fashion. The office coordinator also supports routine physician operations. This person maintains the calendars and accumulates cases, and maintains our online presence to engage our referrers and increase our volume. The Office Coordinator is also responsible for the Quality Assurance of the department, performing monthly audits, maintaining QA metrics, and compiling minutes/agendas.

This is a fully on-site position, working Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, located at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital

Preferred Criteria:

• Experience in radiology

Required Criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year administrative/clerical experience in hospital setting.
• Computer literacy.

Salary Range:

$23.00-$34.50/Hourly
