THE DAILY LIFE OF AN OFFICE ASSISTANT - DATA ENTRY CLERK

As a new Office Assistant - Data Entry Clerk with our nonprofit, you're super important to the success of our program! Your main job is to stay in touch with participants and make sure they're getting their documents submitted on time. You're like an administrative superstar, keeping track of attendance, entering customer and account info, and answering questions quickly.

You also help out the career services team by setting up services for participants and creating resumes for them that are specific to their industry. Basically, you keep our office running smoothly like a well-oiled machine! This means you take care of things like collecting documents, filling out paperwork, and scheduling appointments. You also help out with general office duties like faxing, copying, and filing.

Your schedule is a typical day shift at the office, Monday through Friday. You're great at paying attention to detail, which is why you're perfect for this job! We're a nonprofit and we appreciate all the hard work you do to make sure our participants are taken care of.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OFFICE ASSISTANT - DATA ENTRY CLERK?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 1+ years of satisfactory full-time administrative support experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
