Position Overview:
The Office and Expense Coordinator will provide support and maintain day-to-day activities of all travel and entertainment expense and credit card functions, including expense reimbursement, receipt and compliance audit, corporate card distribution and troubleshooting. This role will also provide administrative support to location. This role reports to the Executive & Office Support Manager for Dometic Americas.
Duties:
- Collaborate with other support staff throughout the organization
- Perform day to day administrative duties in the Concur system, including creating new user profiles and training new users on expense and travel in the Concur system, deactivating accounts for terminated employees
- Provide general support to visitors
- Review, audit for policy compliance, and process expense reimbursements submitted in the Concur system
- Perform day to day administrative duties in the AMEX system, including distributing new cards for both the T&E program and the purchase card program and training new card holders
- Serve as administrative support for location; duties such as mail support, office supplies and equipment
- Performs other duties and special assignments as required
- Assist with coordinating site events
- Provide weekly and monthly batch reports to finance on both T&E and Purchase Card programs
- Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment
- Working Knowledge of SAP Concur desired
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working Knowledge of Accounts Payable a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 is a plus
- Self-starter; committed to the success of the team rather than the individual
- Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent in experience
- Travel and expense administration experience required
- Experience with auditing and compliance is required
