Office Administrator – Located at the Pfister
The Office Administrator directs and assists clients as they come into the office. This role also has a hand in the day-to-day operations and responsible for the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Your Role
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Assist with additional company projects
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • 1-3 years' experience in an office administrator role
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
