Office Administrator Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


  • Support Zoom Drain’s daily operations
  • Handle all inbound and outbound mail
  • Maintain records and information
  • Maintain and organize documents to be filed
  • Run various weekly/monthly reports
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Other administrative duties as needed
  • Data entry
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies


Office Administrator Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING


  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and active listening
  • Experience in construction or home services preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organize
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
