Job Description

Our dedicated team of therapists provide services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient programs. Phyt also provides comprehensive management and staffing solutions for our business partners.

Requirements Include:

Graduate of an accredited program – New Grads Welcome
Current OTA Wisconsin state license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Homecare Experience Preferred but not required

Work Location: Wisconsin - Wittenberg


Setting: Assisted Living/In-Home Therapy/Outpatient/ALF


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

License/Certification:
