The Opportunity

The Occupational Health Data Entry representative performs data entry of occupational health services (including but not limited to physicals, vaccine administration records, PPD test results, titer results, vision tests and audiograms) in a timely and accurate manner.

What You’ll Work On

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Determine if documents are complete and clearly communicate what is missing when incomplete documents have been received.
• Identify the type of medical document that has been received and data enter pertinent information from the document.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university
• Ability to multitask at a high level
• Data entry experience in a high-volume, batch-oriented environment is preferred; the ideal candidate will also possess a typing speed of at least 60 wpm
• Experience using ImageNow
• Strong attention to detail
