Newport, Rhode Island: We seek TWO skilled OB/GYNs to practice in this beautiful seaside community one person will take on a Leadership role! Join a popular womens health group in the states top-ranked regional medical center a progressive 120-bed community hospital providing a wide range of medical and surgical services in an academically-oriented environment. This organization prioritizes quality, safety, and patient satisfaction! Become part of a busy team that is obstetrically-leaning, managing some 500 deliveries per year. More gynecological services, including surgery, are also offered so you can look forward to a well-rounded practice! Outpatient care is provided in a contemporary, welcoming office suite adjacent to the hospital a suite that is being updated and renovated now! The hospitals welcoming Birthing Center is staffed with NNNPs during the week they share weekend call with local pediatricians. You may also see outpatients in a satellite office in the town of Portsmouth, RI, 15 minutes away.
You will have a convenient schedule with 32 clinical hours/week plus an admin day. We are bringing the team up to 5 OB/GYNs plus a midwife, so call will soon be 1:5.
