We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Administrative Supervisor to join our team in Duluth, MN. As a Nursing Administrative Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative operations of our nursing department. This is a contract position, with the potential for long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the administrative functions of the nursing department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies and procedures
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with other administrative supervisors to ensure seamless patient care delivery
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
Active RN license in the state of MN
Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing administration or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
