- Nurse must be certified in CPR and First Aid.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Nurse must be licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Indiana.
- Nurse must be certified to administer TB tests.
- Two years' experience required. Experience may include a combination of life experience and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Competent computer skills.
- A positive attitude to support individuals with disabilities.
- A willingness to learn and implement positive approaches to instruction and behavior management.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- A valid state driver's license in order to drive on behalf of LOGAN.
