Nurse Practitioner Jobs

Seeking experienced APP's to join our team of physicians who provide night, holiday and weekend coverage to SNFs across the country. MUST have post acute SNF/LTC experienced. Multi-state licensed clinicians will be considered and should be willing to obtain additional licenses on request. Ideally 5 years clinical/patient care experience with 3 years or more as APP preferably in post-acute/SNF/LTC setting. Currently have needs for providers licensed in RI, CT, MA, VA, CA, MI, WI, KY, NC, NY, SC, IL, TX, ME, VT, NH, WV, MD and others. This is hourly paid contract work but open to full time salaried position. Full practice providers given preference. Malpractice is covered. Will consider applications from Family Nurse Practitioners and Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners.
