To join the Avalon team, you must have at least two years of case management experience in the Work Comp/Auto Injury field, a valid nursing license, and be a Certified Case Manager (CCM.) To be successful in this field, you would be self-motivated, able to work independently, be skilled in time management and multi-tasking, and excel in critical thinking.
