Noc Analyst I (Remote)

This is a night shift position: 10pm - 6:30 am PST
What Will You Be Doing?
Monitor all issues related to systems, platforms, servers, circuits, and networking equipment.
Seek solutions to issues reported by internal or external resources.
Assist tier-two calls and tickets from internal and external customers; research, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Communicate with hardware and software development teams and follow up with internal and external customers promptly.
Second-line troubleshooting of systems and networks.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
1+ years experience in experience in a help desk / technical support environment.
Strong customer support, networking, PC, and products knowledge.
Great understanding of Microsoft Office applications and Windows OS.
Intermediate networking and configuration skills, including Cisco routers and switches, Barracuda, and SonicWall networking devices.
PC, peripherals, and software troubleshooting skills.
Experience with telecommunication (MPLS, DSL, CP 3G/4G, and Satellite).
Nice to Haves
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS, or related degree or working towards a degree is a PLUS.
Basic server and SQL knowledge
Associate Degree in Information Technology
Network + or CCNA Certification is a plus

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $24 - $26.25 per hour and overtime eligible.
