What You'll Do

Aristocrat is currently seeking a System Administrator to join the Digital Asset and Workflow Team within Aristocrat Labs. The right candidate will have experience supporting core IT and collaboration tools both on-prem and in the cloud. The candidate will have experience thriving and working in a fast paced, customer orientated environments. This role will partner and support subject matter experts within Aristocrat Labs, and IT globally.

What We're Looking For

Job Requirements:

  • Work as part of a team to support standardization of key services and/or applications to our internal users and internal partners.
  • System administration and troubleshooting experience preferably in Atlassian, Okta, Slack, and GitHub. Experience with enterprise configuration, licensing, workflow setup and configuration.
  • Support SMEs for both the Atlassian stack, Slack as well as other key company collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of core IT services both in the cloud and on-perm.
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications and services to end-users.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of systems admin experience in an IT operation or DevSecOps role.
  • Experience using a ticketing system to track and document work.
  • Experience setting standards and best practices to globally distributed teams.
  • Experience deploying and supporting applications and services to end-users.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
  • Understanding of core IT services both in the cloud and on-perm.
  • Ability to demonstrate fluency of PowerShell and/or Python or other scripting languages to automate tasks.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous roles managing configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting of SaaS services.
  • Understanding of SSO and Active Directory.
  • Previous experience assisting with migration of on prem solution to cloud or SaaS solutions.
