Newly Qualified Social Worker Position. North Dorset Locality Team Full time Salary £32,020 to £33,820 Hybrid and Flexible Working

- Confidence with the legal basis for practice and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 2007, Human Rights Act 1998 and Equality Act 2010;
- Excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach and able to work closely with a range of professionals;
