Job Description
DESCRIPTION Serve as a liaison between the school, families and community agenciesProvide counseling and support to all students, as neededProvide information regarding community services and resources to parents and staffConsult with various teams such as EST, BST, 504 and EST to assist studentsPresent classroom curriculum such as Act 1, as determined by administrationServe on school teams to represent student and family needsConsult with parents and agencies to assist students, providing referrals when needed
