We are looking for a New Case Coordinator for our file room department. In this role, you should be well-organized, detail oriented, and have strong administrative skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you. Looking for individuals who can function in a fast-paced environment and are enthusiastic, compassionate, and familiar with Microsoft programs.


  • Outbound calls to medical providers, clients, and insurance providers
  • Reviewing of Injury claims
  • Building the legal file for the case team
  • Data Entry of case information


This position is onsite in a professional office setting Monday through Friday working a 40 hour week.


  • Works well independently and in teams
  • Must exhibit a positive attitude, collaborative/cooperative teamwork spirit including a no-task-is-unimportant work ethic on all work assignments
  • Proactive in anticipating work requirements and problem-solving
  • Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, Teams, and Microsoft Office software

This position is in a professional office setting, Work Remote-No.


We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury that can take the reigns and run cases with the Attorney.


  • Knowledge of developments, procedures, and rules in the forums where the office practices.
  • Spanish Speaking a Plus!
  • Awareness of calendar deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Windows environment including Word and Outlook.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Must have minimum 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Assist with preparation of federal and state administrative filings.
  • This position is in a professional office setting, Work Remote-No.
  • Demonstrate basic strategic thinking and initiative with case assignments.
  • Experience working with federal/state court litigation cases from onset to trial phase.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Must have minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience.
  • High reliability, team oriented, professional demeanor.
  • Assist with preparation of pleadings and discovery in federal and state court matters, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Prepare deposition and record subpoenas according to state and federal regulations; coordinate production of third-party records and summarize same; prepare deposition outlines and summaries.
  • Conducting limited legal research, including but not limited to, Lexis and Westlaw research.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, notices, correspondence, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; self-motivated.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Trial and arbitration preparation; preparation and management of trial exhibits and other trial related assistance.
  • Presentation of case summaries and courses of action to supervising attorneys.
  • Versed in trial preparation a Plus.
  • 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday
  • Work independently and as part of a team towards common goal of excellent client service.
  • Must be proactive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the rules of federal and state procedures.
  • Ability to interact professionally with attorneys and support staff while maintaining a strong client service attitude.
  • Cite-checking when necessary.
  • Analyze, review, and organize documents and data from materials produced during discovery; prepare/coordinate document production and responses to discovery requests.
  • Highly focused and detailed-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.
  • Results oriented and excellent time management skills.
  • Analyze and review privileged documents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Liaison with courts, opposing counsel, and litigation vendors, including process servers and couriers.
  • Address client case status inquiries, including steps in process remaining, processing times, and appointment issues.
