About The Job

Working from our Westlake Village, CA office, you’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. In addition to being organized, strategic, and resourceful, you have the drive and communication skills needed to work alongside top sales performers in the automotive industry. In this pivotal position, enthusiasm and collaboration are crucial to being part of the sales team.

What You'll Do

• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Strong knowledge with a true passion for all car brands.
• Understanding of vehicle leasing and nance structures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean background check required.
• Two years as an Internet Sales Manager/broker in the Automotive industry.
• Have a current California Sales License or have the ability to acquire one.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Proactive and able to take initiative and work with little direction.
• Experience working in a tech/startup environment.
• Strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the product, company, and creativity.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, quickly changing startup environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a strong network and/or book of business.
