National Account Manager, Walmart
(Bentonville, AR Area)
(Remote - Work from Home)
You Will:
Be responsible for multiple department business development between Walmart/or Sam’s Club and i-Health. Individual will be responsible for delivering annual sales targets, driving OmniChannel growth, increasing category share and digital excellence while fully managing the assigned P&L.
Responsibilities:
Business Performance
  • Driving OmniChannel distribution, placement, pricing, promo and digital optimization support. Identification of fact-based opportunities across all customers.
  • Delivering upon volume, profit, share and ROI targets.
  • Challenging and guiding improvement in spending efficiency.
  • Proficient in setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Management of short- and long-term business results across account base, including innovative changes aimed at broad financial impact.
Sales Analysis and Planning
  • Leverage Sales Analytics/Operation and Customer Service to meet account replenishment requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate (as appropriate) all account knowledge, insights, and strategy with other sales functions, marketing, and executive management.
  • Execute brand strategy, both online and on the digital shelf, optimizing existing products and new innovation.
  • Trade marketing – understand Brand Management strategy and execute with retail customers.
  • P&L responsibility for sales departments within Walmart / or Sam’s Club.
  • Leverage brand management, category management, consumer insights and all available resources to establish appropriate assortment, authorization level, and placement of products.
  • Analyze and report on the drivers of OmniChannel performance, with broad understanding of Walmart Connect.
  • Interface with internal departments to share sales information and to develop collateral and promotional materials.
  • Forge relationships at the buyer level and with support up to the Director/ DMM's to deliver sales targets.
  • Conduct regular dialogue with contacts in the industry to keep abreast of competitive activity.
  • Develop annual forecast and programs to achieve targets with history of pivoting to alternative plans to close the gap.
  • Report regularly on what's going on with our brands and competitor brands at retail and online.

You Bring:
  • Ability to strategically speak to a P&L and develop programs that are beneficial to the customer as well as the i-Health business.
  • A minimum of 5 years consumer packaged goods sales experience required. Must have at least 3 years in account management with Walmart / or Sam’s Club within CPG, preferably within Health & Wellness or Personal Care.
  • Solid knowledge and prior sales experience at a National Account level in OmniChannel Account Management and Digital execution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Ability to build relationships in various areas (Merchants, Replenishment, Omni/Walmart.com (Walmart Connect), Marketing, Operations, Store Team) within account and understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions to increase sales and profitability.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Nielsen, IRI, Retail Link, Item360, Salsify and MADRID. With preferred exposure to Luminate.
