Music Instructor Jobs

Due to our increasing student growth the Conway Institute of Music is hiring full time/part time MUSIC instructors. Institute hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. - Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you are a VIOLIN, GUITAR, PIANO, DRUM, VOCAL teacher who is great with children and adults and would like to teach at Conway's largest private music school with over 400 students email your resume.

Requirements

• Able to teach technique and repertoire in a fun, engaging manner.
• Able to personalize lesson to each student's needs accordingly.
• Submit or agree to Police Criminal Record Check.
• Music Teaching and/or performance experience.
• Able to work independently with no supervision.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Individuals who are reliable, patient, energetic, open-minded and enjoy working with children, adults and seniors.
• Maintain a professional, friendly and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate techniques and theory in every lesson.
• Teaching one-on-one lessons lasting from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
• Give feedback to parents at the end of every lesson.
• Build a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed.
