Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for managing all shift associates including cleaning, safety and maintaining the contracted scope of work for their designated shift.

Job Specific Duties:

• Responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction
• Assign tasks to associates and inspects completed work
• Effective communication with customers and staff
• Training associates
• Complete safety audits and conduct safety training
• Conducts building inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standards
• Resolves associates' problems
• Follow and enforce all company policies
• Investigate customer complaints and communicate action plan to the Operations Manager

Hourly Rate: $23.00

• Must be able to obtain airport badge (TSA Requirement)
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required
